Artists Make Nothing From Recordings - and Never Have

The artists don't make money off recordings anyway - the greedy record companies take all the cash. 
Artists have NEVER made money off record companies - who are inherently evil and exploitative.
Artists make money off live gigs. People should really go to gigs.
So really a CD is just like a business card - only louder..
